Yes. Chanza is 100% plant-based, vegan, and contains no animal products, no dairy, and zero cholesterol.
Chanza has 3.5x more protein than paneer with no dairy or lactose. Compared to tofu and tempeh, it has a firmer bite, no bitterness, and no aftertaste.
Chanza has a neutral flavour and firm texture. It takes on the taste of whatever dish and spices you cook it with — savoury, satisfying, and deeply familiar. No "beany" aftertaste.
